Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At S V Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality experiences across our public events, concerts, promotional shows, and client-based services. As our offerings include both ticketed events and customized event execution services, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.
 

1. Ticket Refunds (Public Events / Concerts / Pre-Release Functions)

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers

  • If a technical payment error occurred (e.g., double payment, failed transaction with successful deduction)

  • If a customer paid for a free event pass by mistake through an unofficial platform (subject to investigation)

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of personal plans or inability to attend

  • Late arrivals or no-shows

  • Dissatisfaction with crowd size, seating, sound quality, or artist availability

  • Entry denied due to age restrictions, health conditions, or invalid passes

Process:

  • Send refund request within 72 hours of the transaction

  • Include: name, email, phone number, event name, payment ID, and reason

  • Email to: contact@svsolutions.co.in

  • If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
     

2. Event Services Refunds (For Brands, Corporates, Institutions)

S V Solutions offers B2B event services including:

  • Event production and execution

  • Digital marketing & influencer campaigns

  • Branding, creative design, and talent management

As these are custom services, refunds are generally not applicable once execution has started. However, in rare cases where:

  • Project is cancelled before production begins

  • A double payment is made

  • Billing error occurs

We will review the case and issue refunds accordingly.
 

3. Payment Disputes

For payment failures, double charges, or incorrect billing, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Email: contact@svsolutions.co.in

  • Subject Line: “Refund Request”

  • Include: payment screenshot, UPI/Transaction ID, date of payment

All valid disputes will be addressed promptly, and refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after validation.

Note: All decisions related to refunds will be at the discretion of S V Solutions finance team, and in accordance with our terms of service.
